This plan will repeat on a monthly basis. New phase modules to progress you through the OPT model as needed will be emailed to you at the beginning of each month.

The training system blends high & low intensity, variable timing, failure/flight exhaustion techniques, cycled rep-ranges and more for maximal athletic performance and muscle building. NASM FSN/PES and Cardio for Performance certified. AFTA Certified. NASM Master Trainer pending.
